P3 Pancakes

Ingredients:
1/3 cup Steel Cut Oats
3 Egg whites (1/2 cup)
1 Scoop Vanilla MRM Protein Powder
1/2 cup Blueberries (or other berries)
½ tsp. Baking powder
1 tbsp. Treleafia (or pure powdered stevia)
Non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients (except the cooking spray).
Coat a pan with cooking spray (zero calorie) and place over medium heat.
After a few minutes, pour on the pancake batter until it covers the pan in a thin layer.
Cook the pancakes about 1 min on each side or until they are fully cooked. -Makes 2 pancakes
