My goals at Dexa Body are to conduct nutritional assessments and base findings on their Dexa Scan reports. Creating customized dietary plans using SMART goals helps patients achieve and sustain their health-related aspirations. Weekly collaboration with registered dietitian on staff enhances company objectives. Our goal is create simple corporate wellness programs that will suit the needs of the general population. We specifically work with general, clinical and sports nutrition clients.

At East Valley Urology Center, I am a clinical nutritionist and weight loss counselor who treats a wide array of ailents. My primary focus is modifying patient's diets to meet nutritional needs for preventative measures. You can treat conditions such as kidney stones, prostate cancer, diabetes and hypertension through dietary modifications.

At Prolean Wellness, I developed my counseling skills to help others achieve their health, wellness, and weight loss goals. I utilized the Dexa Machine to calculate one's protein needs based on their lean muscle tissue. I conducted nutrition assessments and dietary evaluations. Clients were seen weekly for assessments based on weight and diet. I also performed physical training to clients.
