Protein Pancakes

Protein Pancakes:

Ingredients:

  1. 1 egg

  2. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  3. 1/2 tsp baking powder

  4. 1/2 tsp vanilla flavor or vanilla stevia extract

  5. 1 TBSP sugar free syrup (Choc Zero, NuNaturals, Walden Farm’s pancake syrup)

Directions:

  1. Blend egg, protein powder, baking powder, and stevia

  2. Add water until it gets to looks like pancake batter consistency

  3. Spoon onto fry pan. Spray with cooking oil or the equivalent to keep from sticking.

  4. Add 1 tbsp. sugar-free, zero-calorie syrup on top -Makes 1 serving (1 Protein)
