Ingredients:

  1. 9 packets Cinnamon Roll Better Oat Packets

  2. 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla milk: (almond, coconut, cashew or flax)

  3. 1/2 cup softened coconut oil (unrefined organic)

  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract

  5. 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  6. 2 large eggs

  7. 2 bananas, large + ripe

  8. 1/2 cup pure maple syrup or honey (you may also use Lakanto or Choc Zero brand for a sugar free option)

  9. 1 tsp. baking powder

  10. 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Blend wet ingredients (in a blender preferably). Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix wet and dry ingredients together using a spoon until mixed thoroughly. Pour into muffin tin and bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes.
