Urinary & Prostate Smoothie


Cranberry Ginger Smoothie



Ingredients:

½ cup frozen cranberries, unsweetened

1/2 cup pomegranate (or other berry-flavored) lowfat kefir or yogurt

1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

1-2 tsp fresh grated ginger

½ teaspoon orange zest

½ frozen banana

Handful of ice

Step by Step

  1. Put everything into a blender, process and enjoy.
