Sugar Free Maple EggLoaf

Ingredients


  1. 4 eggs

  2. 3 tbsp coconut oil butter flavored is best!

  3. 4 ounces coconut cream

  4. 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  5. 1 tsp maple extract *or use Choc Zero or Lakanto Maple Syrup

  6. 1/4 tsp sea salt

  7. 1/2 tsp vanilla liquid stevia or 1/4 cup Swerve


Instructions




Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.



Grease 4 ramekins (or use a muffin tin) and place them onto a baking pan.



Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.



Pour batter evenly into each ramekin and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick in center comes out clean.
