Sugar-Free Cranberry Sauce 

4-Ingredient Sugar-free, Low Carb Cranberry Sauce (Paleo, Gluten-free)

Ingredients:





  1. 12 oz Cranberries (Use strawberries if you are in Phase 1 and fruit permitted)

  2. 1.5 tbsp. stevia, powdered 

  3. 3/4 cup Water

  4. 1 tsp Orange zest (optional; add more if you like more orange flavor or orange stevia)

  5. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

Directions:







  1. Combine the cranberries, water, stevia, and orange zest in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a gentle simmer. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the cranberries pop and a sauce forms.

  2. Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract.
