Slow Cooker Chai Apple “Butter”:

Ingredients
5 medium cooking apples , cored, cut into quarters
5 medium cooking apples , peeled, cored, cut into quarters
1 dropper cinnamon stevia
2 tbsp. powdered stevia
1 cinnamon stick
2- inch slice lemon peel
10 bags chai tea (sugar free)
Instructions
Place apples, stevia, lemon peel, cinnamon stick and tea bags in a 2 to 3-quart slow cooker.
Cook on low for 12 hours or until apples are completely broken down.
Remove lemon peel and tea bags.
Servings 20 servings, ¼ cup each
