Simple Quick Breakfast:

Ingredients: Siggi’s Low Fat Yogurt Vanilla Stevia (Sweetleaf; or English Toffee flavor) Dash of Cinnamon 1/4 cup blueberries, blended
Diretions: Mix all ingredients together after blending some blueberries. Add dash of cinnamon on top. Or see below to freeze for a healthy snack 🙂
Option: add to silicone muffin cups and freeze for at least 4 hours.
