Pumpkin Spice Smoothie:

Ingredients:
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 dropper of stevia pumpkin spice 2 tbsp. Greek yogurt (or Dannon 80 calorie Pumpkin Pie Greek yogurt) (PHASE 2!) 1 tbsp. pumpkin puree (PHASE 3!) Pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon (optional) Ice Cubes, handful
Directions: Blend all ingredients until smoothie and enjoy!
