Green Overnight Oats:

Green Smoothie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup milk of choice

  2. 1 medium banana (unripe)

  3. 2 cups  fresh spinach (OMIT IF YOU HAVE KIDNEY STONES!)

  4. 1 scoop protein powder (pea or collagen)

  5. 1 cup  rolled oats

  6. 1 cup chopped mango (optional to top)

  7. 4 tablespoons pistachio nuts (to top for added fat)

Directions

In a blender, place the milk, banana, spinach and protein powder. Secure the lid and blend on high until smooth.

Place the oats in a 4 cup (1L) storage tub and pour the spinach mixture over them. Stir to mix, then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
