Protein Apples:

INGREDIENTS
3 Apple (Gala, Pink Lady, Fuji, Honey Crisp)
1 tbsp Cinnamon Ground
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder Vanilla
DIRECTIONS
1. Cut the three apples into chunks or slices and place them into a plastic bag.
2. Add the cinnamon and the protein powder into the bag.
3. Seal the bag and shake vigorously.
4. Serve now or place in the refrigerator to chill for a few minutes.
5. Enjoy! This may very well be your new favorite treat.
