Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats:


Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup almond or cashew milk

  2. 1/2 cup rolled oats

  3. ¼ cup siggi’s Icelandic skyr, plus more for topping (plain! Greek or Icelandic yogurt)

  4. Fresh berries, for topping

  5. Sliced almonds, for topping

Directions:

Stir the milk, rolled oats, and skyr together in a small bowl.

Refrigerate at least one hour or overnight.

Top with more skyr, berries, and almonds to serve.
