Low Sugar Green Smoothie:

Ingredients:
1/2 cup strawberries
1.5 tsp grated ginger (fresh is best)
1 small cucumber or 1/2 big one (English is best because it does not contain seeds)
1/3 cup almond milk, unsweetened (OR USE WATER)
1 cup spinach
1/3 cup parsley or dandelion greens
Chia seeds
Directions:
Chop strawberries and cucumber. I recommend using a frozen fruit for a creamier texture. You may also consider freezing cucumber and spinach.
Put everything in your blender and blend for about 1 minute or until everything is creamy and frothy.
Top with chia seeds and enjoy!
