A no bake almond butter balls recipe that's quick and easy to make. These little protein bites are a perfect snack to boost energy during the day.

Ingredients


  1. 2/3 cup almond butter

  2. 1/3 cup vanilla almond whey protein or vanilla flavor (1 scoop)

  3. 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut

  4. 3 tablespoons sugar free chocolate chips

  5. 1/2 teaspoon SweetLeaf stevia drops I used coconut flavor

Directions:


Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl until well combined.


Scoop and form into balls about a tablespoon in size.


Cover and store in refrigerator.
