Healthiest Nutrition Bars
Chia Bars: 3-6 grams of sugar per serving; moderate carbs; healthy fats; high fiber


Bulletproof Bars: Collagen based protein or whey with very low carbs and <1 gram sugar per bar; great keto bar and contains MCT octane brain oil. They have a crumbly texture.

Bhu Fit Bars: Protein bars with <1 gram sugar, high fat and very very low carb! Made with either vegan or whey protein! So delicious too but are somewhat oily.
Julian Bakery Paleo Bars: Low carb, no sugar bars! Comes in vegan or with whey. Great for ketosis diets and are high protein. Uses stevia for sweetener.

Think Thin Protein Cakes: low carb, 20 grams of carbs but 9+ grams of fiber and low-fat. Really chewy texture.
ONE Bars: Low sugar (less than 2 grams) per bar and high fiber. Typically only has 5-15 grams net but total is around 24. Does contain alcohol sugar however and can cause upset stomach. Not the cleanest bar but high protein! (20 grams of whey). Comes in many great flavors such as pumpkin pie, birthday cake, and cookies and cream.

MCT Bars:

Each pack contains 12 keto bars that taste like dessert, but without the added sugar or additives.
Each bar contains 2g of net carbs, 5g of high grade MCT Oil derived from 100% coconuts and 10g grass-fed collagen protein.
