Cinnamon Bun CauliOats

Ingredients:

  1. 1- 1½ cups cooked cauliflower rice, cooled

  2. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, whey isolate

  3. ½ c. unsweetened almond or cashew milk (phase 2) OR WATER!

  4. 1½ tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)

  5. 1/2 cup blueberries (if permitted; optional)

  6. 1 tsp. walnuts (PHASE 2 OPTION)

  7. stevia, to taste Directions:

In a large bowl combine the cooled cauliflower rice, protein powder, milk or water and cinnamon. Once combined, top with berries, walnuts and coconut butter.(optional) Enjoy with stevia to taste !
