Cinnamon Apple Shake

Ingredients
2 large apples with seeds removed (gala, green, honeycrisp, fiji)
1 large banana, frozen
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 cup oats (for a breakfast smoothie: adds 26 g carbs)
1.5 cup almond cashew milk, unsweetened (or milk of choice)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Also option to add in 1 tbsp. almond butter or pears in place of apples. Add ice for a better smoothie texture.
