Sugar Free Fruit-less Fruit Snacks


Ingredients:

  1. 2 1/2 cups water

  2. 4 berry flavored herbal teabags (such as mixed berry)

  3. 3 tbsp. grass-fed gelatin (Great Lakes brand; or you can use Agar powder instead)

  4. 1/3 cup Swerve sweetener or Treleafia

  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  6. 1 teaspoon Berry Liquid Stevia (or flavor of your choice)


Directions:


  1. Boil the water in a pot on the stove or in the microwave.

  2. Add 4 tea bags and let it steep for 15 minutes.

  3. Discard the tea bags.

  4. Stir in the grass-fed gelatin until dissolved.

  5. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.

  6. Pour into popsicle molds or in a 9 by 13 pan.

  7. Use a cookie cutter to make fruit snacks.

  8. Refrigerate until set, 2-3 hours.
