Sugar Free Fruit-less Fruit Snacks
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups water
4 berry flavored herbal teabags (such as mixed berry)
3 tbsp. grass-fed gelatin (Great Lakes brand; or you can use Agar powder instead)
1/3 cup Swerve sweetener or Treleafia
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Berry Liquid Stevia (or flavor of your choice)
Directions:
Boil the water in a pot on the stove or in the microwave.
Add 4 tea bags and let it steep for 15 minutes.
Discard the tea bags.
Stir in the grass-fed gelatin until dissolved.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into popsicle molds or in a 9 by 13 pan.
Use a cookie cutter to make fruit snacks.
Refrigerate until set, 2-3 hours.
