Shrimp Sushi

Shrimp Sushi:

Vegan Nori Rolls     INGREDIENTS:  nori sheets   thinly slice the following vegetables:   sweet red pepper   green bell pepper   carrots   lettuce leaves   1 avocado   parsley  hummus     Spread hummus on nori sheets, pile the vegetables on, roll up tightly and slice into 1-2” slices.

Ingredients:

  1. Nori Seaweed Sheets (2)

  2. No sugar Teriyaki Sauce or Sweet and Spicy Mustard Dressing OR Bragg’s Liquid aminos

  3. 1 Protein Serving of Cooked Shrimp

  4. Plain Broccoli and Cucumber Slaw

  5. Added spices of herbs of your choice (such as ginger, turmeric, garlic)

Instructions:

  1. Lay nori seaweed sheets flat

  2. Add 2 tbsp. of No Sugar Teriyaki Sauce generously on to seaweed sheet

  3. Place veggies on to the middle of the sheet in a vertical line

  4. Add shrimp serving (diced) on to 2-3 nori seaweed sheets

  5. Gently roll the sheet tightly, starting at the long end

  6. Cut the sheet in half

  7. Enjoy with Bragg’s Liquid Aminos or Stevia Sweetened Sweet Wasabi Dipping Sauce
