Shredded Chicken


ingredients

  1. 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  2. salt and pepper*

  3. 1 cup chicken or veggie broth, low sodium



instructions

  1. Season your chicken breasts well on both sides.

  2. Place in the Crockpot along with the chicken broth.

  3. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.

  4. Once cooked, remove from the Crockpot and use two forks to shred the chicken. Enjoy!


Recommended Seasonings:

  1. 3/4 teaspoon salt+1/2 teaspoon pepper + 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder + 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  2. 3/4 teaspoon salt+1/2 teaspoon pepper+1/2 teaspoon dried basil + 1/2 teaspoon oregano +1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  3. 3/4 teaspoon salt+1/2 teaspoon pepper+1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika + 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  4. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt+1/2 teaspoon pepper+1 teaspoon chili powder+1/2 teaspoon cumin+1/2 teaspoon oregano+1/2 tsp cinnamon
