Roasted Garlic Radishes

Roasted Garlic Radishes:

Grilled Garlic and Thyme Radishes

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups radishes, stems removed and halved lengthwise

  2. 1 tbsp. ghee, melted (phase 2 optional)

  3. 2 garlic cloves, minced

  4. Nonstick Olive Oil spray

  5. 2 tsp. fresh thyme, minced

  6. 2 tsp. fresh parsley, minced

  7. Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Radishes Preparation

Preparation

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. Place the cut radishes in a bowl, spray with nonstick olive oil spray generously and season to taste with salt and pepper.

  3. Add the thyme, garlic, parsley, & (phase 2 option to add melted ghee). Toss until radishes are well coated.

  4. Place the radishes on the grill in a grilling basket.

  5. Cook until radishes are soft, adjust seasoning, and sprinkle with more fresh thyme before serving.
