Ranch Cucumber Chips

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  2. 2 large English cucumbers

  3. 1/4 teaspoon Hungarian paprika

  4. 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

  5. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  6. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

  1. In a medium bow whisk together vinegar and spices.

  2. Add sliced cucumbers and toss until evenly coated.

  3. Arrange slices on dehydrator trays.

  4. Dehydrate on 135 degrees for 4 hours. -Makes 2 servings (1 serving= 1 cup)
