Protein Pancakes No Carb!

Protein Pancakes:

Ingredients: 1 scoop protein powder (Vanilla, Strawberry or Chocolate) 1 whole egg 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder or club soda (for fluffiness) 1/8 tsp. cinnamon, optional 1/2 cup strawberries, blue or raspberries for topping, optional (if fruit permitted) 1 tbsp. sugar free syrup (brands: Lakanto, ChocZero, Vitafiber Syrup, NuNaturals or Walden Farms)

Directions:

1.) In a bowl, mix protein powder, cinnamon, whole egg and baking powder. Stir until combined thoroughly. Add a drop of water if it is too clumpy. 2.)  Heat  a small skillet with non-stick spray and pour mixture on it. Cook as if it is a pancake! 3.)  Pour 1 tbsp syrup in measuring spoon then drizzle on top. 4.)  Add berries of choice on top!
