Paprika Roasted Lemon Asparagus

Smoked Paprika Roasted Asparagus Recipe


Servings: 4 (Vegetable)


Ingredients:

  1. 1 lb. asparagus (30 spears)

  2. Nonstick Olive Oil Spray

  3. ½ tsp smoked paprika

  4. pinch of sea salt

  5. ⅛ tsp ground pepper


Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Trim the tough ends from the asparagus and place the asparagus on a baking sheet.

  3. Toss the asparagus with olive oil spray, smoked paprika, salt and pepper until coated. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.

  4. Roast the asparagus until it is just tender, 10 to 15 minutes (depending on the thickness of the asparagus). Serve. *Note: May add parm for Phase 2 if desired.
