Moroccan Lemon Pepper Grilled Chicken Skewers

Moroccan Lemon Pepper Grilled Chicken Kabobs:

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound boneless-skinless chicken, cut into small pieces

  2. 2 tablespoons lemon juice (~1/2 lemon)

  3. 1 teaspoon paprika

  4. 1/2 teaspoon cumin, toasted and ground

  5. 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

  6. 1/8 teaspoon ginger

  7. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

  8. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne

  9. 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper

  10. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  11. 2 cloves garlic, chopped

Directions:

  1. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes (overnight will taste best).

  2. Skewer the chicken and grill over medium-high heat until cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side.
