Meal Prepping Inspiration:

One pan chicken, seasoned 3-4 ways

Use divided containers for a full meal OR use one container for each serving (one for just veggies; one for just meat, etc)

Use Mason jars and seasonings such as Flavor Gods to spice things up.

Meal prep for one full week using 3 different types of protein and 4 different types of veggies.
