Meal Prepping Inspiration:

Chicken-seasoning:

One pan chicken, seasoned 3-4 ways

This perfect mix of lunches and ~healthy~ cookies.

Use divided containers for a full meal OR use one container for each serving (one for just veggies; one for just meat, etc)

This Sunday meal prep that's basically a fancy salad bar in your fridge.

Use Mason jars and seasonings such as Flavor Gods to spice things up.

This prep that includes turkey, chicken, and shrimp.

Meal prep for one full week using 3 different types of protein and 4 different types of veggies.
