Low-Carb BeetRoot Recovery Drink

Ingredients:


  1. 1 tsp Temple Nutrition Beetroot Powder

  2. 1 tsp. MCT Oil

  3. 1 Scoop Protein powder (No sugar; low carb) (Optional)

  4. 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (or vanilla stevia)

  5. 1/4 tsp Cinanmon Ground

  6. 1 Cup Coconut Milk or Almond Milk, unsweetened 



INSTRUCTION








Put all ingredients into a high speed blender



Blend for 30 seconds



pour into a glass, or drink straight from the container.
