Liver Detox Smoothie


Liver Detox Smoothie:




Ingredients:


  1. 1/4 cup almond milk (or your favorite milk such as: cashew, coconut, etc)

  2. 1 frozen sliced ripe banana, previously peeled & sliced

  3. 1 cup chopped pineapple or 1 peach, chopped (frozen is best)

  4. 1/4 cup parsley, fresh (de-stemmed)

  5. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain; low-fat)

  6. 1-2 cups fresh spinach

  7. Juice and zest of 1 lime

  8. ice

Directions:




  1. Make sure you have a strong, powerful blender that will blend up the frozen banana.

  2. Add all of the ingredients to the blender in the order listed.

  3. Blend on high for at least 2 minutes or until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.

  4. Serve and enjoy. Store any leftover smoothie covered in the refrigerator for up to 8-10 hours.
