Green Keto Smoothie Bowl

Simply the best keto low carb green smoothie bowl recipe - and it actually tastes delicious! Quick, easy, healthy, diabetic friendly, paleo and sugar-free, too.

  1. 1/2 scoop Collagen (1 scoop Vital Protein) or use whey protein

  2. 1 tsp. MCT oil

  3. 1 cup Spinach

  4. 1/2 medium Avocado

  5. 3/4 cup Unsweetened cashew  milk (or any nut milk of choice)

  6. 1/4 cup of monk fruit or 2 tbsp. stevia

  7. 1/4 cup Ice cubes

  8. 2 tbsp Lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Puree the ingredients until smooth and then pour into a bowl. Add chia or hemp seeds or blueberries top!
