Fat Burn Green Tea Smoothie


Ingredients

  1. ¾ cup green tea, chilled

  2. 1/2 frozen banana

  3. ¼ cup nonfat, plain Greek or Icelandic yogurt (I like Siggi’s brand, 0%)

  4. Syrup of choice: 1 teaspoon stevia, choczero syrup, honey or agave or maple syrup

  5. ½ cup baby spinach

  6. 1 tsp. flax seeds

  7. 5-6 ice cubes (handful)

Instructions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
