Fat Burn Green Tea Smoothie
Ingredients
¾ cup green tea, chilled
1/2 frozen banana
¼ cup nonfat, plain Greek or Icelandic yogurt (I like Siggi’s brand, 0%)
Syrup of choice: 1 teaspoon stevia, choczero syrup, honey or agave or maple syrup
½ cup baby spinach
1 tsp. flax seeds
5-6 ice cubes (handful)
Instructions
Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
