Coffee Protein Oats Pro”Oats”:

Ingredients
1/2 cup steel-cut or rolled oats
1/4 cup coffee or espresso
1/4 cup unsweetened almond, coconut or cashew milk
1/2 scoop (3 tbsp) vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Directions
In a jar or small bowl, combine the oats, coffee, milk, protein powder and chia seeds.
Put the lid on the jar and give it a shake; stir if using a bowl. Chill overnight.
