Coffee Protein Oats Pro”Oats”:

Coffee-Infused Overnight Proats

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup  steel-cut or rolled oats

  2. 1/4 cup coffee or espresso

  3. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond, coconut or cashew milk

  4. 1/2 scoop (3 tbsp) vanilla protein powder

  5. 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Directions

  1. In a jar or small bowl, combine the oats, coffee, milk, protein powder and chia seeds.

  2. Put the lid on the jar and give it a shake; stir if using a bowl. Chill overnight.
