Chia pudding 

Overnight Chia Pudding:

three ingredient chia pudding

Ingredients:

  1. 8 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or can be substituted for 6 oz. plain non-fat Greek yogurt, or 6 oz. unsweetened Almond Breeze Coconut Almond milk)

  2. 1 tbsp. chia seeds

  3. 2-3 drops Liquid Vanilla Creme Stevia

  4. 3 raw blackberries

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Pour almond milk into a Mason jar (or container with an airtight lid)

  2. Add chia seeds and 2-3 drops of liquid vanilla stevia

  3. Put airtight lid on to container and put in refrigerator to sit overnight (at least 8 hours)

  4. Have in the morning with blueberries or blackberries on top
