Big Announcement!

As some of you may already know, I wanted to officially announce myself that I am pregnant and due September 21 2019!

After years of struggling with low body fat (which caused me hormonal imbalances), I am so excited to be able to make this announcement that I was afraid I would cease to be able to for the rest of my life. Please stay posted for updates on my journey through nutrition/wellness, fertility, pregnancy, and MOTHERHOOD! I promise I will post a picture of my lil babe as soon as (he/she;) arrives as well.
