Thai Chicken Cabbage Wrap:

Chipotle Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients for Peanut Sauce:

  1. 1-2 tablespoons Bragg’s Amino Acids

  2. juice of 1 lime

  3. 2 tbsp. powdered peanut butter

  4. 1 garlic clove, minced

  5. 1 tbsp. grated ginger

  6. 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

  7. 1/4 cup waterIn a blender combine ingredients above and set aside as sauce for chicken.

Ingredients for Chicken Mixture:

-Mince chicken breast and mix with:

  1. 1 tbsp. ginger

  2. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

  3. 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

  4. 3/4 cup chopped cilantro

  5. 3 tbsp. white wine vinegarDirections: 1.  You can use boiled or fresh cabbage (or any lettuce) leaves. 2.  To make the wraps immerse green cabbage leaves in boiling water for about 5 seconds until they turn a brighter green then remove and stuff with the chicken mixture above and spoon sauce over top, wrap then eat.
