Stuffed Egg Peppers

Green Stuffed Bell Peppers:

Ingredients:
3 Egg Whites
1 Whole Egg
1 Green or Yellow Bell Pepper (half)
Pepper and thyme for a topping
Instructions:
Cut bell pepper in half
Place on skillet
Put 9 tbsp of egg whites into half of a green bell pepper
Put 1 whole egg on top
Season
Let simmer for on medium-low heat with a cover on pan for about 5-10 minutes until fully cookedCalories: 179; Fat= 6 g; Carbs= 4 g; Sugar= 4 g.
