PB & J Protein Mug Cake:

PB&J Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients

  1. 1scoop protein powder, chocolate peanut butter Isonatural

  2. ½ tsp baking powder

  3. 1 tbsp. creamy all natural peanut butter (phase 2)

  4. ¼ cup almond milk or cashew milk, unsweetened

  5. 1 dropper stevia (optional)

  6. 1 tbsp. of mashed blueberries (fruit permitted)

  7. 1 tbsp. flaxseed (phase 2 optional)


Directions:

  1. Combine protein powder, baking powder, and flax (optional for phase 2) in your mug. Stir with a fork until well-combined.

  2. PHASE 2: Add in peanut butter, almond milk, and stevia.

  3. Stir until smooth batter is formed.

  4. Place in the microwave for 1 minute. If not yet cooked, continue cooking in 15-minute increments until a fork/toothpick comes out clean.

  5. Top with mashed blueberries if you would like 🙂
