PB & J Protein Mug Cake:

Ingredients
1scoop protein powder, chocolate peanut butter Isonatural
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp. creamy all natural peanut butter (phase 2)
¼ cup almond milk or cashew milk, unsweetened
1 dropper stevia (optional)
1 tbsp. of mashed blueberries (fruit permitted)
1 tbsp. flaxseed (phase 2 optional)
Directions:
Combine protein powder, baking powder, and flax (optional for phase 2) in your mug. Stir with a fork until well-combined.
PHASE 2: Add in peanut butter, almond milk, and stevia.
Stir until smooth batter is formed.
Place in the microwave for 1 minute. If not yet cooked, continue cooking in 15-minute increments until a fork/toothpick comes out clean.
Top with mashed blueberries if you would like 🙂
