Mint Chocolate Whip

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups Almond/Cashew/Flax Milk (unsweetened)
1 small ripe avocado
Large handful mint leaves
3 Tbsp. whey protein powder (Chocolate; optional)
1-2 generous pinches powdered stevia, to taste (Sweet Leaf peppermint preferably)
Small handful of ice cubes
1 tablespoons cacao nibs, unsweetened
Directions:
Throw all the ingredients, except the cacao nibs, into a blender and blend until smooth. Toss in the nibs and blend for an extra few pulses or garnish on top.
