Keto Cinnamon Balls

easy protein balls in a white bowl with a bite out of one

Ingredients




3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

  1. 1 1/4 cups almond flour

  2. 3 tbsp powdered erythritol or use stevia, monk fruit or xylitol

  3. 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  4. 1/4 tsp salt


Directions:





In a big bowl mix together all ingredients together. Chill mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes. Roll into 12 bite-sized balls. Sprinkle with a little bit of additional cinnamon, if desired. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
