Gingerbread Cookies

Gingerbread Cookies:




Ingredients:

  1. 1 scoop Vanilla Protein powder

  2. 1 tsp. stevia

  3. 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

  4. 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

  5. 1 dash ground nutmeg

  6. 1/2 c almond butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Combine all the ingredients and drop in heaping tablespoons onto a cookie sheet lined with baking parchment or Silpat.

  3. Bake for 10 minutes.

  4. Let the cookies completely cool before removing them onto a plate or tin.
