Gingerbread Cookies

Gingerbread Cookies:
Ingredients:
1 scoop Vanilla Protein powder
1 tsp. stevia
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 dash ground nutmeg
1/2 c almond butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all the ingredients and drop in heaping tablespoons onto a cookie sheet lined with baking parchment or Silpat.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Let the cookies completely cool before removing them onto a plate or tin.
