Cinnamon Vanilla Protein Balls


Cinnamon Vanilla Protein Balls No Bake


INGREDIENTS


  1. 1 heaping TBSP ground cinnamon

  2. 1/3 cup Vanilla Protein Powder

  3. 1/2 dropper cinnamon or vanilla stevia 

  4. 1/4 c. peanut butter, all-natural 

  5. 1/4 c. chia seeds

  6. 1/4 c. flaxseeds, ground

  7. 1 tsp. maca

  8. Vanilla extract


Directions:


  1. Add your ground flax, chia, protein powder, stevia, vanilla extract, cinnamon, maca and nut butter. Stir ingredients all together.

  2. You might need to add more nut butter if batter gets too dry.

  3. Roll into 1-1.5 inch balls and place on cookie tray or plastic ware with parchment paper underneath.

  4. Let them freeze for 20-30 minutes then transfer into a Ziploc bag.

  5. Dust with additional cinnamon and vanilla protein if desired.

  6. Keep in fridge or freezer for up to 6 weeks.
