Keep these nutritious and delicious snacks for your kids to try…They will love them. And you too 😉

PB Banana Roll Ups Ingredients 1 large banana 1 “Flat Out” Bread Wrap 2 tablespoons peanut butter, unsweetened natural 1 tablespoon shredded coconut, unsweetened 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions: Spread the peanut butter on the bread wrap or whole wheat tortilla. Sprinkle evenly with coconut flakes and cinnamon. Add banana at one end of the wrap and roll up. Slice into pieces and enjoy.
Mango-Cottage Cheese Snack Bowl Ingredients 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese 1/4 cup mango, diced 2 tablespoons homemade granola 1–2 teaspoons honey
Directions: Top cottage cheese with mango, granola, honey and enjoy.
Oatmeal Raisin Energy Balls Ingredients 1 cup rolled oats 3/4 cup nut butter of your choice 1/2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened 1/2 cup unsweetened raisins or pitted dates
Directions: Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend until well-combined. Shape and roll the mixture into snack-sized balls.
