Avocado Citrus Salad Dressing

Avocado Citrus Salad Dressing:

Ingredients:

1. 1 ripe avocado

2. ¼ c apple cider vinegar

3. 1 dropper Liquid Stevia

4. 3 tbsp. lime juice

5. 1 clove garlic

6. ¼ c. cilantro

7. ½ small jalapeno (without seeds)

8. 1/3 c. water

9. Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. Add all to food processor or blender for about one minute or until smooth and creamy. Perfect for salads or topped on lettuce wrap fish tacos!
