Microwaveable Chocolate Raspberry Muffins

Microwaveable Chocolate Raspberry Muffins:

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tbsp. Walden Farms Marshmallow Fluff

  2. 1/2 c. Egg Whites

  3. Zero calorie nonstick spray

  4. 4 Raspberries

  5. Raspberry Chocolate Liquid Stevia

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Spray a small microwaveable cup with nonstick cooking spray

  2. Place egg whites in a metal mixing bowl

  3. Add two drops of chocolate raspberry pure liquid stevia

  4. Add 1 tbsp. of marshmallow fluff

  5. Place raspberries in mixing bowl

  6. Blend for about 3 minutes until the mixture becomes a soft peak

  7. Microwave for 30 seconds

  8. Let cool for 1 minute and then microwave again for another 30-45 seconds

  9. Enjoy with 1 tsp. Walden Farm’s marshmallow fluff mixed with vanilla creme and hazelnut pure liquid stevia for a topping with raspberry on top (if you do not have any fruit restrictions in your diet)
