Exercise is a vital part of our health and physical activity is connected to weight loss, longevity, and improved mood. I am not sure why it took me so long to add this page, but I will be adding my own workout videos as well as ones that I approve. Many are free youtube videos or infographics. Start out slow if you are if you are a beginner, or lower weights with higher reps.
